Description

The USDA, ARS, High Plains Grasslands Research Station, Cheyenne, WY requires the acquisition of a commercial flight management system including a laser altimeter, rugged laptop computer with carrying case and an optional CCD Digital High Speed Camera, as well as technical assistance. All systems shall integrate and be compatible with a government-owned Hulcher 70, model 123 camera. All items shall run off of batteries in airplane and shall be built to United States power supply standards. System shall be compatible with Erdos or MapInfo software and will be used on airplane or remote control plane. Items shall be bid for six months lease, twelve month lease, and purchase outright. Commerical items procedures will be used. This is a 100% set-aside for small business (fewer than 750 employees).
