Description

Winch which can raise a patient and attendant several thousand feet above the mountain range and does not require a "platform" fo an anchor. Can be operated by a rescuer from a vertical position, allowing for a greater and safer diversity of applications. Suggested and known product is the Paillardet Winch from British Columbia.
