NSN: 1615-01-257-5795, PN: 7-311511135-7, Quantity: 87 each, this is a five year IDIQ requirement with a minimum quantity of 87 each and a maximum quantity of 459 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 37 each, 630 Days after Contract Award (DACA), and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 408 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 37 each, 420 DACA, and 50 per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898 and JACO Engineering, 879 S. East Street, Anaheim, CA 92805-5356. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
