Description

LODGING AT FORT LEE, VA. This is a firm fixed price construction contract. The work includes providing and installing irrigation system at Buildings 9050, 9051, 9052, 9053, 9054 and 9055 (aproximately 2 acres). Separate pricing for Building 8042 (approximately .5 acres). Location is Fort Lee Virginia. System to be "Rain Bird" brand or equal. Map to be given out at site visit. Site visit to be held 15 March 2001 10:00 AM Directorate of Contracting 1830 Quartermaster Road, Fort Lee, VA 23801. Attendees should contact Jean Person via phone or email to advise if they are attending site vist. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision required to perform all work. S.I.C. Code is 1542, North American Industrial Classification System (NAISC) is 23493 and annual size standard is $27.5 Million. Contract to be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal will be most advantageious to the Government considering Past Performance, Technical Expertise and Price. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the proposer submitting the lowest price.
