Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction Project No. 568-00-201, Roof Replacement -- Membrane at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work to include, but not be limited to, alterations, demolition, general construction, drainage, mechanical work, roofing and necessary removal of existing roof structures and construction and other items as specified in the contract drawings and specifications. The estimated construction range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer. There is also a $50.00 refundable deposit required for the specifications and drawings. The solicitation package will be available approximately March 21, 2001. Bid opening has been set for April 26, 2001 at 3:00 pm local time. Applicable NAICS is 235610 Roofing, Siding and Sheet Metal Contractors. All responsible sources within this NAICS code may submit a bid which will be considered.
