Description

This is a synopsis only. This project includes but is NOT limited to the following work elements. All plant, labor, equipment, and materials shall be furnished by the contractor. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless prior approval by the Project Manager has been obtained. Work will not commence on this project until a bona fide NOTICE TO PROCEED has been issued by the Contracting Officer. All work must meet or exceed acceptable standards of the building trade and be performed by qualified craftsmen. The contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty, for all work, against defects and craftsmanship. The scope of the project consists of renovation of the restrooms in building 519. The performance period for this project is 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. Interested persons should meet at the 43d Contracting Squadron, 1443 Reilly Road, Building 560, Pope AFB, NC.
