Description

This solicitation number DAHA17-01-T-0005 is hereby issued as request for proposal and incorporated provision through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. Lodging accommodations needed for a joint effort with the New Hampshire and Maine Army National Guard in Limestone, Maine. The Lodging must be within walking distance of the classroom facility. The classroom facility is the former NCO club on the Loring Development Commerce Center in Limestone, Maine. Must have onsite laundry facility available and have a day/recreation room with cable TV. Vendor must provide for two soldiers per room and provide a separate lodging area of Officers and Enlisted. In addition to the above, vendor must provide bed linens and blankets with sheet exchange at the end of each week. As a minimum, each suite must have a bedroom with two beds, dresser or crest and a table. If room-cleaning services are available please provide schedule and pricing. Vendor must allow for adjustments to the bed count until 1 May 2001 (15 May would be desirable.) Individuals will be on rotational assignments.
