Description

Sources are currently being sought for Security Guard Services at the Ariel Rios Building (New Post Office Building), located at 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis. The Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) requires security guard services at the Ariel Rios building, to be compatible with those at the ICC Building, Ronald Reagan Building, and Customs, because of the integrated security system, which is monitored at EPA's command center in the ICC Building. The command center calls for a secret clearance and the Department of Justice has made this a level 4 agency. It is critical that qualified personnel can be moved to cover unique and urgent demands at any post.
