Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for Technical and Professional Services in Support of the installation and implementation of Sunflower Assets. DOC/NOAA intends to negotiate with Annams Systems Corporation on a sole source basis for support services. The period of performance is for one year. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit to the point of contact their capability statement for support of Sunflower Assets. This procurement will be conducted under the Simplified Acquisition threshold. If no written and convincing documentation are received, an order shall be placed with the above named vendor. See Note 22.
