Description

The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany, Contracts Department is recompeting a five-year Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract in support of the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Combat Support Logistics Equipment (CSLE), Marine and Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Program Office. The Contractor for this procurement shall provide CLS through a Prime Vendor relationship with the Government to the Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF), the U.S. Army National Guard, other Department of Defense, Federal, and state and local governmental agencies. The contractor shall provide on site logistics support including, but not limited to, supply chain management, spare parts procurement, equipment repair and replacement, calibration support, warranty management, inventory control, engineering services, configuration management, and electronic asset visibility. Deployed support shall include all of the above plus transportation, housing, and messing to forces deployed worldwide. The contractor shall also develop and provide various types of training to support Chemical and Biological incident response capability. MCLB will consider proposals from all responsible sources, however, offerors shall demonstrate in their technical proposal, their ability to support and sustain forward deployed units during training and combat situations and to provide continual support and sustainment during national emergencies. MCLB plans to award a firm-fixed price type contract with one base year and four option years. The Standard Industrial Classification is 541611 and Small Business Size Standard is $5,000,000.
