17. Periodic Inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Assessment and Repair of Electrical Elevators, Post-wide. Estimated 120 yearly inspections at a firm-fixed price. Requirement contract for twelve (12) month base period with four (4) twelve month option periods. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. For the purpose of determining Small Business Size, NAICS 235950 states the average annual receipt of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not have exceeded $11.5 million.
