- This is a synopsis for ship repair under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-01-Q-3FA943. This RFQ will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and competence to complete Dockside repairs: 1. Clean and Inspect Sewage and Grey Water Tanks, 2. Test and Adjust Relief Valves, 3. Inspect and Test Steering Relief Valves, 4. Overhaul Warping Capstan Motor, 5. Hydro Blast Sewage and Grey Water Piping. In Accordance with Specifications for USCGC Biscayne Bay (WTGB-104) 140' Ice Breaking Tug. Vessel Location: St. Ignace, MI. Performance Period: May 07 to May 21, 2001.
