Clean and Package for use with Oxygen Equipment, 5 Gallon for a Quantity of 40 each for Line 0001 for SNG, Mechanicsburg, PA, and 80 each for Line 0002, Naval Supply Center Puget Sound, Bremerton, WA for a total of 140 each; ARO 380 days. Anticipate firm fixed price Definite Quantity Contract I/A/W P/N Critical Application Item. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin and Unrestricted/Non Commercial. QAP 001 applies. Contractors are requird to submit a surge plan, Detailing how they intend to meet the surge schedule. This surge Plan must be reviewed and approved by JJB, prior to Award. Will not contain EPA provisions, and does not contain Progress payment.Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
