Description

The Defense Distribution Center intends to award a sole source purchase order with Dancey Associates Inc, Coopersburg, PA for the purchase of 2 microwave surveillance systems which need to interface with the present systems at various other distribution center's. Specifications: 1 each AVCOM Video Transmission System, 1 each Gyyr Hi-Density Recorder, 1 pair NVT Telephone Interface units, 2 each Mini-CCD Pacific Cameras w/lens kits, 2 each Konica Low Light CCD Cameras, 2 each Computer 50 mm lenses/auto iris, 2 each Pelco Camera Housings, 2 each Gyyr 9 Channel Multiplexer, 1 each Sony 17" Hi-Resolution Monitor, 1 each Mini-Handheld Monitor/Charger, 1 set Connectors/Power Supplies/Cables, 1 each Video Cable/Connector Tool, and On-Site Training for each system. The units will be shipped to Defense Distribution Center Hill, Ogden, UT and Defense Distribution Center Jacksonville, FL. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No formal solicitation document exists. However, all information received within fifteen (15) days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by this agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
