Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and this document serves as the solicitation. Solicitation number is DAHA23-01-T-0052. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The SIC code is 5088. Vendor is to provide the following parts manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft. Parts are to be shipped FOB destination to MO AVCRAD Shop, 2501 Lester Jones Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803. No partial awards will be made as a result of this solicitation; that is, the Vendor will supply all parts or none. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with Vendors; however, Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Should discussions be deemed necessary due to issues that must be addressed before award, they will be conducted either orally or in writing with those Vendors determined to be in the competitive range. The Government will select the most technically acceptable, low cost Vendor. All Vendors shall submit the following information: (a) Quotation addressing ability to provide the parts, parts (by part number), quantity, date parts can be shipped, total cost, and past performance. Please submit three references including a point of contact and telephone number with whom you have done business. It is a requirement that Vendors be CCR registered with the federal government. Submit your DUNS number and CAGE code. Include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition, FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
