Description

U.S.Corp of Engineers, New Orleans District has a requirement for the repair and rain proofing of four (4) Control Houses at Leland Bowman Navigation Lock, Abbeville, LA. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, and labor required to repair and rain proof four control houses. Work will include removal of existing siding and insulation, temporary bracing of the building structure, removal and replacement of exterior wall bottom runners, installation of reinforcing wall studs, removal of existing exterior door frames and installation of new frames, construction of concrete perimeter waterstop and walkway overlay, installation of new siding and flashing, repair of drywall, removal and installation of flooring, and other related work.
