- Rental of hotel rooms with fully equipment kitchenettes to include but not limited to refrigerators, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot with daily coffee, dishes flatware, pots/pans, toaster, iron and ironing board. Rooms must be odor free, clean, mattress must be spot free, blankets and sheets must be clean and without holes, carpet must be clean and minimal spots, bathrooms must be free of mildew.
