This action originally publicized in the CBD on 2/01/01 is revised as follows: the Solicitation Number has changed from N00604-01-T-0007 to N00604-01-R-A006, the point of contact for questions regarding this solicitation from Laurence Orr to Deborah Alberto, deborah_a_alberto@pearl.fisc.navy.mil, phone: (808) 473-7535, the solicitation issue date from 16 February 2001 to 15 March 2001 and the closing date from 13 March 2001 to 12 April 2001 at 3:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. At the time and date specified for receipt of offers, all offerors, along with their priced proposal are also required to provide the completed Representation and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following: past performance, technical acceptability and price. A Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST), on Thursday, 22 March 2001. Additionally, once initial offers have been evaluated for technical acceptance and the Contracting Officer has established the competitive range from the prospective offerors, the Government shall use the REVERSE AUCTION method (an on-line downward pricing tool) to negotiate the contract's final pricing. Those offerors within the competitive range shall be provided instruction of this procedure. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
