Description

USDA/FNS intends to award a purchase order to Allen Systems Group for maintenance support of Replication Agent software on a non-competitive basis, citing the authority of FAR Part 6.302. Award will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. Interested parties may submit a proposal demonstrating capability and pricing. Proposals must be received within three business days of the date of this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed award based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses may be e-mailed to kathy.wickman@fns.usda.gov.
