Description

N -- The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has a requirement for the installation of Herman-Miller systems furniture and associated components on a single floor of approximately 28,000 square feet. This installation, which involves approximately 130 workstations in three basic designs, will be completed in three phases. Phase #1 involves approximately 59 workstations and 4 special-purposes stations. The successful bidder for Phase #1 would, depending on availability of government funding, have a first right of refusal on Phase #2 and #3 removal installations. Phase #2 would involve approximately 58 workstations and Phase #3 would involve approximately 21 work- stations, plus 2 special-purpose stations each. Phase #2 and #3 would require initial on-site removal and inventory of approximately 40 and 20 assorted workstations, respectively, prior to final installation. Qualified vendors are invited to submit a written request for the solicitation package to the address above to be received no later than seven (7)days from date of this notice.
