Description

Initiated to obtain a 5-year Requirements type contract for the repair of Rockwell RT1797 Radio, NSN 5821-01-476-3650CA, P/N 822-0878-002. Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for Basic Period: 10 each; for Option Year 1, Option Year 2, Option Year 3 and Option Year 4: 16 each annually. Dstn: To be cited on each order issued hereunder. Required delivery: 30 days after receipt of order or asset/s, whichever is later. Note 22 applies, Note 26 does not apply. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph B. Magnone, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
