- This procurement is for Interim Logistic Support (ILS) and Correction of Deficiencies (COD) for Commanders Independent Thermal Viewers (CITV) and Hull/Turret Electronic Units (H/TEU) in support of the U.S. Army and FMS M1A2 Abrams Tank Systems. Estimated issue date is 14 Mar 01. This will result in a cost plus fixed fee 3 year repair/upgrade contract. This effort is restricted to Raytheon Company, McKinney, TX.
