Description

For proposal preparation purposes, all potential offerors are notified that materials, hardware, etc from the MightySat II and XSS-10 programs are not available as government furnished property (GFP). Proposals shall contain other means to procure or build these items. If they become available in the future, then the awarded contract may be modified to include the items as GFP with appropriate consideration.
