Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure on a sole source basis from Precision Filters, Inc., an upgrade to the 2711-FY03-BU-ACIEMXZ-M102 Signal Conditioning Card, in order to obtain greater flexibility, reduce calibration downtime, and extend the life of the Signal Conditioning Cards. Precision Filters, Inc. is the original manufacturer of the Signal Conditioning Card and is the only known company capable of providing this upgrade. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
