Refer to numbered notes: 22 This solicitation will be process as an urgent requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2). Only sources currently waived for First Article Test will be considered for award. This solicitation is for a quantity of 57922 each of NSN 4330 00 983 0998. A 200% option will be included and exercised at the convenience of the government. As previously noted, this is expected to be the last acquisition of this NSN which is being replaced with NSN 4330 01 477 7985 which is currently open under solicitation number SP075001R1063. Delivery dates will begin in April 2001.
