Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The size standard is 1000 employees. The Standard Industry Code is 3357 and the North American Industry Classification System is 331491. This solicitation consists of five (5) line items which will be awarded in the aggregate. Line item 1: (150 ea.), 25 foot Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) CAT5 Jumper patch cable with RJ45 connectors. MFR: RIT Technologies, P/N: R3758750 or "Equal". Line item 2: (100 ea.), 2.5 foot Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) CAT5 Jumper patch cable with RJ45 connectors. MFR: Nortel Networks, P/N: 910-2 or "Equal". Line item 3: (100 ea.), 5 foot Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) CAT5 Jumper patch cable with RJ45 connectors. MFR: RIT Technologies, P/N: B3208150 or "Equal". Line item 4: (500 ea.), 10 foot Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) CAT5 Jumper patch cable with RJ45 connectors. MFR: RIT Technologies P/N: R3760300 or "Equal". Line item 5: (20ea.), STP CAT5 Shielded Weatherproof cable on 1000 foot spools. MFR: Belden, P/N: 1624R or "Equal". "Or Equal" offers should include existing product literature to the extent necessary to allow evaluation for technical acceptability. FOB: Destination, Delivery Date 30 Days ARO. The attached clauses apply to this solicitation. The Offeror's must be CCR (Central Contractor Registration). Offeror must complete "Offeror Representation and Certifications -- Commercial Items" Attached. Facsimile quotes will be accepted at (505) 572-2107.
