Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a requirement for 10 3,000 BTU CAT Heaters and 20 6,000 BTU CAT Heaters. The specifications include: catalytic heater; 12 volt power supply; propane gas energy source; exterior vent; low surface temperature; thermostatically controlled; and is compact for versatile installation. The power vent system exhausts all combustion by-products outside of a vehicle passenger area for the prevention of unhealthy air pollution and asphyxiation. Offerors shall provide a completed quotation on Standard Form 18 which can be obtained at web site http://www.arnet.gov/far/. The quotation should include the following information: RFQ Number; delivery terms and conditions (delivery to be made to zip code 22135); payment terms and conditions; warranty; offeror's name, address and telephone number; unit price (to include applicable quantity discounts) and total (quantity of 10 each) price; and a technical description of the product offered (including model number). The quotation shall also include the name and telephone number of previous customers who have purchase this or similar items from your company. This information will be used to evaluate the company's past performance history. Offerors with no previous past performance history will be rated neutral. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror with neutral or better past performance. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
