YPG01038000430, NSN 1680-00-982-9973, Vest Assembly, Safety, Hoist Operator, Note 26 applies, IAW Bell Helicopter Textron P/N 214-070-321-101, Revision "F", supplemented by Bell Helicopter EO 412CCD821 and 214SA3188, other than full and open competition applies. Approved sources of supply are Skyline Industries, CAGE 24434, Aerial Machine and Tool Corp., CAGE 70133 and Wesco Industries Inc., CAGE 1JN57, Note 1 applies, Note 23 applies, delivery is 225 DARO, Intended sources are the same sources as listed above. Provisions for a 100% quantity option will be included in the solicitation. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data available for this NSN.
