Sealed bids for labor & materials to Renovate bldg. 5-214 at GJCC, estimated at less than $50,000.00. This project consists of: purchase & installation of a new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, gas piping, duct work, duct smoke detectors, window replacements, painting etc. Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held March 9, 2001, 10:00HRS, bldg 11-200 at the Gary JCC.
