Description

The Forest Service requires installation of surface water and ground water collection and diversion systems to stabilize the landslide and reduce sediment loadings deposited in downstream irrigation system. The scope of the contract includes all excavation and labor associated with the installation of surface water and ground water drainage systems and monitoring stations (including Elgen drains, lined ditches, buried piping systems, monitoring stations and Parshall flume). This project is located on the Bitterroot National Forest, Ravalli County, Montana. Proposals are due April 13, 2001. The estimated start work date is August 15, 2001. The performance period is approximately 77 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
