Description

The Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office, intends to negotiate and award a contract for official travel services for the Richland Operations Office and the Office of River Protection. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The contractor will be required to provide all facilities, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, training and other items as necesary to provide these services. Critical tasks include required delivery of tickets to two locations at least bi-weekly, transaction reports, electronic ticket reports, and same day customer response. The performance period is one base year beginning July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002, plus four, one-year option periods beginning with the period of performance July 1, 2002. Current estimated travel volume is 1,240 transaction per year.
