Description

Furnish exclusive use flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one light turbine helicopter (SA 315B, SA 316B, or B 206L4, w/HARS) in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs fire suppression and natural resource programs at Mescalero, New Mexico. The Contractor must hold a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The exclusive use period will be from April 11, 2001 through July 11, 2001. The term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option of two additional years.
