Description

Furnish Wheelchair Coach services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205, in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and the schedule for this solicitation. The contract period for these services is April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002 with four(4) one(1) year options to renew. This is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS Code 485991. IFB-668-305-01. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing (facsimiles will be acceptable fax (509)434-7101. It is estimated that the solicitation documents will be available February 26, 2001. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Estimated dollar amount is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Estimated bid opening date is March 16, 2001, 2:00pm Local Time. This is a commercial item format.
