Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Airpower Aviation Resources Inc, 702 Paseo Vista, Thousand Oaks CA on an other than full and open competititve basis to purchase demonstration flights in unique aircraft. These flights will be in the following aircraft: Beech D-18, T-28, T-6, Stearman, SF260, Berkut, Pitts, Decathalon and PT-22. These training flights are scheduled in a short timeframe. The availablity of these unique aircraft in a short notice is a high priority. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Airpower Aviation Resources. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotations may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considfered by the agency.
