Description

Sponsorship of 12th Services Division Program at Randolph AFB, TX. Desire sponsorship for 2001 programs such as but not inclusive to July 4th Celebration, 5K Fun Run/Walk(monthly), Artist/Craftsman/Photo Contest, Comedy Club Night, Easter Brunch/Buffet, Fam-a-Ganza, Family Child Care Appreciation Dinner/Awards, Global Volkssport, Halloween Hi-Jinx, May Fitness Month, Membership Appreciation Night, Monday Night Football, Mother's Day Brunch/Buffet, Newcomers Social, New Year's Eve Celebration, Pool Splash Party, Randolph Varsity Sports, Invitational Basketball Tournaments, Intramural/Extramural Sports, Skeet Shoots, Summer Reading Program, Wing Sports Day, Youth Sports Program, Open Car Show and Golf Tournament. Sponsorship opportunities include providing monies or in-kind to defray expenses of supplies, entertainment, refreshments, promotional materials and specialty items like T-shirts, hats, etc. Sponsorship benefits include information displayed at events, inclusion in all medial releases, and varying product display and signage. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor may be used and additivies will be considered. Request for copies of this must be received no later than 30 days after publication date of this synopsis. This is a solcitation for commerical sponsorship by a Nonappropriated Fund Instramentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate Appropriated or Nonappropriated Funds of the Government.
