Description

The proposed acquisition in 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide healthcare provider credentialing and verification services for the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service in accordance with the Solicitation RFP 868. The period of performance shall be one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options. The solicitation package will be available from the above address on March 12, 2001.
