Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has a requirement for the fabrication and installation of a rocket motor exhaust scrubber (RMES) for rocket motor test programs. RMES is a larger version of a previously installed and tested system currently in use at Indian Head. There will be a site visit. No electronic copies of drawings will be available. Award is to be based on best value to the government with offeror submission, offeror capability, and price/cost as factors.
