Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, training, and Design-Build services necessary to accomplish Project 668-01-101, Replace Boiler Controls at the Spokane VA Medical Center, Spokane, WA. The project is intended to replace existing pneumatic boiler controls and instrumentation and to upgrade existing plant systems as needed for three existing 11,000 lb/hr steam boilers. The new controls shall be a digital control system compliant with Foundation Fieldbus protocols and technologies. Work shall include but is not limited to design of the new control system and plant upgrades, development of a phased installation plan to maintain plant operation throughout the project, demolition and removal of existing controls, installation of new controls, complete testing of new controls, and training of facility personnel in the operation of the new control systems. The estimated cost range for design and construction of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code 235110
