- Description
- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Flow Science Inc. for Software used in the developing of computational fluid dynamics for the design and analysis of naval combatant compensated fuel/ballast tanks. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 3/9/01. (See note #1 and #22)
