Description

To all offerors: VA Hines, (VISN 12) is exploring the possibility of offering the use of vacant hospital buildings for training of asbestos removal to selected firms who qualify as licensed operators. With recent changes in federal regulations, VA Facilities have been given authority to market space/services not being utilized to its maximum effective capacity to the general public. VA believes the underutilized space now available from our Agency may be beneficial to your firm for the express purpose of training staff/employees to perform asbestos removal. The buildings are on the campus of the Edward Hines Jr. Hospital, Hines, Il. 60141. The site includes 3 buildings (#'s 50, 51 and 53) with each building having approximately 58,000 sq. ft. of space. This is an open and continuous request, meaning there is no due date for offers.
