Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to BAI Aerosystems Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, for the purchase of the following items: 1 each program interface for the Dragon Drone Electronics Attack System (DDEA); 1 each operator/installation manual; 1 day on site operator training at BAI Aerosystems Inc.; 1 week test support at Quantico Marine Base which includes truck, trailer and launcher; 2 weeks test support at China Lake which includes truck, trailer and launcher; 20 each battery pack; and refurbish/upgrade 1 NRL "Swallow" pneumatic launcher. Basis for sole source is equipment and support is proprietary to BAI Aerosystems Inc. See note(s) 22.
