Description

The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for audio tape recorders as described below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ITEM 001-Sony Datman TCD-D8 2 Channel Digital Audio Tape Recorder, 6 each; ITEM 002- Sony Datman AC Adapter ACE60HG, 4 each;ITEM 003- Sony Headset Studio MDR-7506, 6 each. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This solicitation is a small business set aside. The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial; 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions-Commercial Items.
