Description

The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Isco, Inc., 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68504. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of one each Pump Module 1000DX. Specifications required: 1. Hardware must include two syringe pumps, one pump controller, and one electrically actuated valve manifold 2. Cylinder volume of 1.0 liter per pump module 3. Flow range equals 2ml per minute to 6.0L per minute continuous flow 4. Pressure range equals 0 to 125 PSI (settable entry range 10 to 125 PSI) 5. Flow accuracy +/-0.5% of set point (throughout flow range of 2 ml to 6.0L) 6. Pressure Accuracy +/-0.5% full scale 7. Motor stability 0.001% per year 8. Displacement resolution is 1.0 micro liters 9. Cylinder Operating Temperature is 0 to 200 degrees Celcius 10. Pump head plumbing ports are 3/8_ NPT 11. Power is 100V, 117V, 234V AC 50/60Hz 12. Dimensions H=103cm W=27cm Depth=45cm per pump module 13. Wetted Materials Hastelloy C 276 and PTFE 14. Operating modes include: a. Dual cylinder continuous constant flow b. Dual cylinder continuous constant pressure c. Independent single pump constant flow d. Independent single pump constant pressure 15. External interfacing, RS-232, analog voltage I/O, 4-20 ma current I/O, digital contact closure for run/stop and refill/deliver Isco, Inc. is the only known responsible source at this time.
