- Synopsis: This is a fixed-price contract for Antenna Drive, applicable to E-3 Aircraft, NSN 5985NC622471CX, P/N AD1000, 32 EA for the Basic Year and 3 Annual Options, Option 1 Qty range 7-16, Option 2 Qty range 8-18 and Option 3 Qty range 8-17. Function: The Antenna Drive is an Electromechanical device used to steer the interrogator system antenna radiation pattern in the vertical direction to track the horizon for aircraft attitude excursions as great as +18 degrees. Materials: Purge Valve, Metal Housing, slide assembly, rack gears, stepping motor/encoder assembly, connectors, wire cabling, o-rings, screws, bolts, washers, transistors resistors, and integrated circuits. DIM: Length 13 inches, width 7 inches, height 9 iniches. Weight: approx. 15 pounds. Delivery: Feb 2002. The approximate issue date will be 23 Mar 01 with the approximate response date of 23 Apr 2001.
