Description

The U.S. Army Communication Command (CECOM) intends to acquire with this action an award of a new Time and Materials (T&M) type contract for depot level repair of AN/PVS-10 Sniper Night Sights (SNS) Systems. This contract will be structured with a two-year base period of performance and will include three one-year options. Additionally, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) options will be included in the contract for technical data and instructions necessary to establish an organic depot level repair capability. Operations and Maintenance Army and Other Procurement Army appropriations will be used for this effort. The proposed sole source contractor IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) shall be negotiated from Litton-Electro Optical Systems, Garland TX.
