Description

Note 25. The Government is seeking information on Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Non-Developmental Item (NDI) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)Systems capable of being integrated onto the Army's Airborne Reconnaissance Low (ARL) Platform. The system's basic capabilities must include Intercept and Direction Finding (DF). Specific capabilities are listed in a classified annex to this announcement that is available by contacting the Contracting Officer at the address listed below. Responses should include: (1) information on system size, weight, and power requiements; (2) technical capabilities relative to the listed requirements; (3)test data or reports supporting capabilities; (4) availability and approximate system cost excluding integration. Responses up to SECRET can be accepted. Any data considered company proprietary should be plainly marked. Support contractors with hardware exclusion agreements in the topic areas who are dedicated to program office contracts will have access to the data.
