Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Contracts Directorate (02) has released the new version of their Business Opportunities Page. The new SPAWAR E-Commerce Central (E-CC) can now accept electronic proposals submitted by registered vendors. The viewing of prospective Bidders Mailing Lists is also available on-line for specific solicitations. Companies submitting proposals in response to SPAWAR 02, SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego and SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston solicitations issued on or after 01 March 2001 will be required to submit them electronically via the SPAWAR E-CC. For information about electronic proposal submission, please visit the SPAWAR E-CC and read the "Submitting a Proposal?" web page. The URL for the SPAWAR E-CC is https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. When submitting an electronic proposal, companies will be required to submit their signed proposals as either scanned ("TIFF") or preferably "PDF" documents and use Adobe Acrobat version 4.01 or greater to create the "PDF" files.
