- The Office of Naval Intelligent (ONI) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis, to InVision Research Corp., of St. Petersburg, FL for IES Repository Intergration and Maintenance. InVision Services must be: a Project Manager Qty-25, Technical Engineer Qty-26, Programmer Qty-6.5, Quality Engineer Qty-10 and Technical Writer Qty-4.5. Offers received within 15 days after the date of publication of this solicitation will be considered , however, NO other solicitation will be provided.
