Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to make award to the 21st Century Driver and Truck Alliance, Incorporated to conduct a planned conference focusing on the enlightened use of technology in commercial motor vehicle driver safety management for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The conference is planned for June 18-19, 2001 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 21st Century Driver and Truck Alliance is a unique organization that is focused on facilitating the integration of drivers with advanced vehicles and equipment. Because of its industry and driver orientation, the 21st Century Driver and Truck Alliance has a unique capability to establish meaningful dialog among fleets, truck manufacturers, trade organizations and researchers, Alliance is the only known source that can provide these services. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is March 8, 2001
