Description

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), General Electric Aircraft Engines (GEAE), intends to negotiate a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N000383-00-G-0001 with GEAE, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910-0445, for the non-recurring efforts necessary to retrofit the T700-GE-401 engines with an improved Digital Electronic Control Unit (DECU). GEAE is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the 401 engine and is the only known firm capable of providing the above work in a timely manner.
